1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "rusa54", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operating at https://rusa54.cam and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for an account or uses rusa54 services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the rusa54 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by rusa54, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, togel (Indonesian lottery), and other gambling activities.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a Player into their rusa54 Account balance using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a Player's rusa54 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentives awarded by rusa54 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also called rollover or playthrough) means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or winnings derived from wagering Real Money, which can be withdrawn subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any rusa54 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use rusa54 services.

rusa54 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of rusa54 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use rusa54 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rusa54 operates a strict age verification policy. During account registration and at withdrawal, you will be required to provide proof of age through submission of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / National Identity Card).
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. While rusa54 operates under international gaming licenses and primarily serves Indonesian players, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with local laws.
• Single Account: You may register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts (also called duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal entertainment use only. Commercial use, professional gambling, arbitrage betting, syndicate play, or use of automated betting software is prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create a rusa54 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rusa54 operates under international regulatory requirements that mandate identity verification for all players. You will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (both front and back)
• A recent selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• For withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000, additional verification documents may be required

KYC verification typically takes 2-4 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 08:00-21:00 WIB). You may deposit and play before completing KYC, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. rusa54 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with anyone or allow any other person to access your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, including unauthorized use resulting from your failure to keep login details secure. Notify rusa54 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5. Deposits

5.1 Deposit Methods

rusa54 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method (typically Rp 50,000,000 for bank transfer, Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets). Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. No currency conversion is required.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets are typically credited to your Account balance within 2 minutes during business hours. Deposits initiated outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays may take up to 24 hours. rusa54 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your rusa54 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. rusa54 reserves the right to conduct source of funds investigations and request documentation proving the origin of deposited funds, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC documents approved)
• All active Bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name (matching your KTP identity)
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by player tier and payment method:

• Bronze Tier: 6-24 hours to BCA/BRI/BNI/Mandiri accounts during business days
• Silver Tier: 2-6 hours (priority processing)
• Gold Tier (VIP): 1-2 hours (express processing)

Withdrawals requested on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or Indonesian public holidays (including Nyepi, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day) will be processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals may take 12-48 hours depending on provider processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

rusa54 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month incur a Rp 5,000 administrative fee. VIP Gold members receive unlimited free withdrawals.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

As part of our commitment to preventing money laundering and fraud, rusa54 applies the following AML rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100,000 deposit requires at least Rp 100,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. This prevents rusa54 from being used as a money transfer service.
• rusa54 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for additional verification if suspicious activity is detected
• Transactions exceeding Rp 50,000,000 cumulative per month may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

rusa54 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require 30x-40x wagering (rollover) of the bonus amount before conversion to Real Money Balance. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-25%. Check individual bonus terms for game weightings.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, maximum bet per spin/hand is typically Rp 25,000. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses typically expire 7-30 days after issuance if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from your Account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active forfeits the previous bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

rusa54 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, potential account closure, and confiscation of winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements
• Using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting)
• Depositing, claiming a bonus, wagering minimally, and immediately withdrawing

8. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on rusa54 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by mathematical algorithms that ensure fairness and unpredictability. rusa54 does not and cannot manipulate game results to favor the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) and house edge percentages.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), basketball, and other sports:

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball)
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless 90% of the scheduled duration has been completed
• Live in-play betting odds change in real-time; your bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you confirm the wager
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any selection loses, the entire parlay loses. If a selection is void, the parlay recalculates with reduced odds.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) and other handicap bets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the rare event of a game malfunction, software error, or RNG failure:

• All affected bets and game rounds are void
• Wagers are refunded to players
• Winnings resulting from the malfunction are not payable
• rusa54 will notify affected players and rectify balances within 24 hours of detecting the issue

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rusa54 and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Underage Gambling: Any access or play by persons under 21 years of age
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account per person, household, or IP address
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false identity documents, stolen credit cards, or misrepresenting your identity
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Arbitrage: Exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms to guarantee profit
• Money Laundering: Using rusa54 services to transfer, conceal, or legitimize proceeds of crime
• Hacking: Attempting to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer rusa54 software or systems
• Offensive Behavior: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward other players or staff

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your rusa54 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request:

• Any active bonuses will be forfeited
• Your Real Money Balance will be returned to you via withdrawal after wagering requirements (if any) are met
• Account closure is typically processed within 48 hours
• You may not create a new account for at least 6 months after voluntary closure

10.2 Termination by rusa54

rusa54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities as defined in Section 9
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• You fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Account registration
• You become subject to legal proceedings, insolvency, or bankruptcy

Upon termination by rusa54 for cause, your Account balance may be forfeited and all pending withdrawals cancelled. You will be notified of the termination reason via email.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, rusa54 offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. See our Responsible Gaming page for details. Self-excluded players are prohibited from creating new accounts during the exclusion period.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

While rusa54 strives for 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (internet outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters). rusa54 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

rusa54 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The platform is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results of using the platform will meet your expectations

11.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rusa54 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from your use or inability to use rusa54 services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time of the claim.

11.4 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. rusa54 does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held responsible for gambling losses. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rusa54's operating license is issued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of rusa54 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding rusa54 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will attempt to resolve the issue amicably within 14 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team.

For disputes that remain unresolved, you may submit a complaint to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service designated by rusa54's licensing authority. Contact details for ADR services will be provided upon request.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with rusa54 will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
